Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed — they go straight to our ninja production team! WHOOSH!

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via Email & WhatsApp with your courier partner details. You can use that link to track your package in real-time! BEEP BOOP!

If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days of ordering, please reach out to us.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, they are dispatched and delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location across India. ZOOM!

Yes! You'll receive an order confirmation email right after placing your order. It includes your Order ID, items ordered, and estimated delivery timeline. Keep this email safe — you'll need the Order ID for any future queries!

We currently ship Pan-India — from Kashmir to Kanyakumari! LEVEL UP!

International shipping is not available at the moment, but we're working on it. Stay tuned on our socials for updates!

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout based on your order value and location. We periodically offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — keep an eye on our site for ongoing offers! 🎉

Don't panic! CALM DOWN! Here's what to do:

1️⃣ Check with neighbours or building security — couriers sometimes leave packages there.
2️⃣ Contact the courier partner directly with your tracking number.
3️⃣ If still unresolved, email us at support@otakuwears.com with your Order ID within 48 hours of the delivery status update.

Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately via email or DM if you need to update your address. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
💡 Always double-check your address at checkout to avoid delivery issues!

📸 Take clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
📩 Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@otakuwears.com.
📋 Include your Order ID + photos + description of the issue.

We'll review and arrange a replacement or refund ASAP!

Unfortunately, returns for change of mind or wrong size ordered by the customer are not accepted. We highly recommend checking our Size Chart on the product page before ordering!

Returns are only accepted for wrong items, defects, or damaged goods from our side.
📏 Always check the size guide on the product page — our sizes may vary from standard fits!

Once your return is approved:

📱 UPI / Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
💳 Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days

You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. KA-CHING!

No — items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong items sent by us.

We offer sizes from XS to 5XL on most products. Each product page has a detailed Size Chart — always refer to it before ordering since fit may vary by style!
📐 When in doubt, size up! Our tees are preshrunk but always good to have a little room.

Our tees are made from 100% combed cotton (or cotton blends, specified on each product page) — soft, breathable, and perfect for those long anime binge sessions! 😎 COMFY!

To keep your OtakuWears looking fresh for the long arc ahead:

🌀 Machine wash cold (30°C max) or hand wash.
🙃 Wash inside out to protect the print.
🚫 No bleach — ever!
☀️ Dry in shade — direct sunlight can fade the design.
🔥 Low-heat iron only — never iron directly on the print.

Some designs get a restock, others are limited edition and won't return! LIMITED!

We accept all major payment methods:

Don't panic — this happens sometimes due to network issues during payment processing. GLITCH!

In most cases, the amount is auto-refunded within 5–7 business days to your original payment method by your bank.

If it doesn't reflect, email us at support@otakuwears.com with your transaction ID and we'll sort it out!

Yes! COD is available on select orders and locations. If COD is available for your pincode, the option will appear at checkout automatically.
📌 COD orders have a small additional fee. Prepaid orders are processed faster and may have exclusive discounts!

No hidden charges! All prices shown are inclusive of GST. The final amount you see at checkout is exactly what you pay — no surprise boss fights at billing! 🎮 TRANSPARENT!

At checkout, you'll see a "Coupon / Discount Code" field. Enter your code there and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total instantly! BONUS!
